Intermediate Level 2 Customer Services

Customer service is at the heart of every business and is important to its success. You’ll learn and be trained to provide excellent customer service, which can be applied to hundreds of job roles across many different sectors. 

Areas you’ll develop include:

  • verbal and written communication skills
  • developing customer relationships
  • resolving customer service problems
  • information processing
  • developing customer improvements
  • developing working relationships

Job sectors you could work in include:

  • retail assistant

  • customer service assistant
